What Tonny is

Tonny records weights entered on your iPads and shows them to the people in your organisation you invite. It is provided free of charge while the service is in early access. We'll give at least 60 days' notice by email before that changes.

Your data belongs to you

Everything your organisation records — weights, notes, device names, settings — is yours. We store it to provide the service and for no other purpose. We don't sell it, share it, or use it to train anything.

You can download all of it at any time from Settings ▸ Download everything. If an owner closes the account, it is deleted from the live database immediately and from backups within 30 days.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your login to yourself, and revoke iPads you no longer control (iPads ▸ Revoke).
• Only invite people who should see your organisation's data.
• Don't use Tonny for anything unlawful, or to store personal information about clients.

Availability

We work to keep Tonny running, but can't promise it never goes down. The iPad app is built for this: weights are always saved on the iPad first and sent when Tonny is reachable, so an outage delays them rather than losing them.

Liability

Tonny is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, or for decisions made from the numbers — check anything that matters against the iPad or the scale.
